control day to day activity, make sure every facility is running well

- make data for weekly presentation, breakdown weekly target OIS
(Omzet - Income - Stock),
Monthly Activity:
- Make data for Monthly presentation, breakdown monthly target OIS,
invite our
business partners to discuss their merchandise problem
Other Activity :
- Make Floor Plan for 3 month such as Floor Promotion, rationalization EFSA
(effective Sales Area), Negotiation Margin for
Merchandise promotion -
looking for new brand, maintenance our business partner. etc |
